DECRETO Nº 104, DE 30 DE JULHO DE 2002

O PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE CARIACICA – ESTADO DO ESPÍRITO SANTO, no uso de suas atribuições legais, e na forma da Lei Municipal nº 2.199/91 e em conformidade com o processo nº 14.821/2002;

DECRETA:

Artigo 1º Ficam designados os seguintes membros para comporem o Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente de Cariacica, representando os órgãos e entidades conforme segue:

I – Secretaria Municipal de Assistência Social à Criança, ao Adolescente, ao Idoso e a Família:

a) Titular: DEÍZA ROCHA PIMENTEL;

b) Suplente: MARIA GIOVANA FERREIRA BERNARDO;

II – Secretaria Municipal de Vigilância à Saúde:

a) Titular: NATANAEL CARDOSO FILHO;

b) Suplente: JOSILENE LADISLAU LAZARINI;

III – Secretaria Municipal de Educação:

a) Titular: MARIA SILVIA ALVES DE ALMEIDA;

B) Suplente: EDNA BICALHO COUTINHO;

IV – Secretaria Municipal de Planejamento:

a) Titular: ALDEMINDO GONÇALVES DA FONSECA;

B) Suplente: JORGE DA PENHA SCÁRDUA;

V – Procuradoria Jurídica:

a) Titular: ALDEMAR DE SOUZA;

b) Suplente: NILSA DOS SANTOS FERREIRA;

VI – Artesanato Obra Social Cristo Rei:

a) Titular: ILDEIR RIBEIRO QUEIROZ;

b) Suplente: REGINA CÉLIA LUDGERO DE SOUZA;

VII – Educandário Alzira Bley:

a) Titular: LÉIA RABELO VASCONCELOS;

b) Suplente: EDINEUDES MOTA DA CONCEIÇÃO COSTA;

VIII – Espaço Gente Feliz:

a) Titular: DARLENE RODRIGUES FERREIRA;

b) Suplente: VAGNER CONCEIÇÃO BERTOLLI;

IX – APAE:

a) Titular: ROSANE DE MORAES BERNARDO;

b) Suplente: DIANA DA PAZ SIMÕES;

X – Espaço Crescimento Hoje:

a) Titular: CLAUDIANY APARECIDA XAVIER;

b) Suplente: BENEDITA PINHEIRO ALVES.

Artigo 2º As funções dos membros deste Conselho serão gratuitas, na forma do Art. 2º, § 3º da Lei Municipal 2.199/91.

Artigo 3º Este Decreto entra em vigor na presente data.

Artigo 4º Revogam-se as disposições em contrário.
